Resolved - Issue resolved! The HRI-200 interface failed and it needed to be replaced. The replacement was installed and the WIRES-X bridge is back online.

Investigating - Wires-X was acting up and spamming the whole network with endless transmissions. I have taken it offline for the time being while I investigate the issue.
